Jay Halpern

Jay Halpern is a distinguished trial lawyer who has exclusively represented plaintiffs in personal cases for over 35 years. He has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in a myriad of cases including tire, rollover, motor vehicle, truck, bicycle, premises, construction, medical malpractice and boating accident cases. Jay received his J.D. degree from the University of Florida and his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University with honors.
